The organizational headquarters of the NAALE program is the NAALE Administration, located at the "Havat No'ar Ha-Tsiyyoni" on Hyrkania at Yechiel Street, Jerusalem. The NAALE Administration (Amuta No. 580028116) operates in the framework of the "Association for the Promotion of Education" located at 1 Torah ve-Avodah Street, Bayit Vegan, Jerusalem. The Association for the Promotion of Education was awarded the Education Ministry's tender to operate the NAALE project, for which purpose the NAALE Administration was created
